Our "mountain-magic" appartments

Our postcard motif is alive.
Our apartments’ panoramic wooden windows perfectly frame the 2370 metre high Mittagsspitze opposite, including temporal and seasonal changes. You can even enjoy this view from the sauna in our Zietschrofa apartment. A holiday to tantalise the senses.

Each apartment sleeps up to six people comfortably and the two double bedrooms and private bathroom can be supplemented by two sleeping options in the living room.

This means that our apartments can be optimally adapted to your differing needs, whether you’re a family small or large, or group of friends, the rooms offer enough privacy for everyone.

Walking barefoot over a wooden floor is warm and comfortable for the feet.
We laid an oak floor and installed silver fir furniture. Cosy and stylish, wood is imperishably timeless. Pine wood graces the bedheads in the bedrooms, which not only looks good, but has also been proven to help you sleep more deeply.

We’re with you there.
Each apartment has a small safe
for your valuables.

The place will be gleaming upon
your arrival but we would also be
happy to clean your apartment
during your stay for an
additional charge.

We have installed an
in-house fibre-optic network
which provides high-speed WLAN
for all your internet needs.

Behind glass fronts in each of the apartment kitchens we display some family photos, which takes you on a small trip down Warth’s memory lane. The well-stocked kitchenette has everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge including freezer compartment, ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a complete six person crockery set.

Sunbathing spot instead of sofa slumping
The day bed for sunbathing in the apartment is covered with a special microfibre cover which is super soft, comfortable and easy to clean. With its magnificent views from the panoramic window, this is sure to be your favourite spot.

All of the apartment windows can be completely darkened via an automatic controller. Our interior designer would say modern venetian blind management ;).
